Is this first example correct? It's similar to the third example below, except the extra "permission" field after "key".

Yes the updated version is correct. The current example has an "account" field which is out-of-date field name
Simplify the JSON payload. Remove the redandent permission field( for unconfirmed reason, the parser let it pass and it was working)
