Integration Testing section [SvcQC.Int02.1] and [SvcQC.Int02.2] wrongly under [SvcQC.Int02]
[SvcQC.Int03] is almost a duplicate of [SvcQC.Int02.1] -> merge and re-write

Expected content

Where it reads:

* **[SvcQC.Int02]** Integration testing MUST NOT rely on non-operational or out-of-the-warranty services.

  * **[SvcQC.Int02.1]** On lack of automation, pilot service infrastructures or local testbeds
    MAY be used.

  * **[SvcQC.Int02.2]** In the presence of CI environments, integration tests SHOULD be suitable for
    the automated testing.

* **[SvcQC.Int03]** Ad-hoc pilot **Service** infrastructures and/or local
  testbeds MAY be used to cope with the integration testing requirements.

Proposed to:

* **[SvcQC.Int02]** Integration testing MUST NOT rely on non-operational or out-of-the-warranty services.

* **[SvcQC.Int03]** On lack of automation, ad-hoc pilot **Service** infrastructures and/or local
