LambertCalculator

Introduction

LambertCalculator is an open-source tool that allows the user to calculate a single transfer trajectory between 2 planets in the Solar system or to calculate a complete Pork Chop Plot. This tool makes use of the Universal Variables Method algorithm which is extensively described in [1].

On the left, a Pork Chop Plot corresponding to Earth-Mars transfer orbits. On the right, a particular transfer orbit between Earth and Mars.
