Installation:
Extract to a new folder on the desktop, delete README.txt, drag and drop db, and user into main server folder (Where server.exe is)
Click "Ok" when asked to overwrite items
Changes:
Changes durability of most keycards,
Changes level 3 Intelligence center requirements,
Adds Blank Keycard,
Adds Terragroup RFID key,
Adds productions for all colored keycards, using Blank Keycard, Terragroup RFID Key, and the oringal card.
Attempts to change the price of cards in flea
