EASE prompts twice #20120

I'm using version 2021.7.13 on Firefox.
When enabling EASE and visiting a site that doesn't have an https version you get an interstitial page with a prompt on how to proceed. However if I select one action, like "Proceed anyway", you also get ANOTHER dialog prompt "Proceed anyway?" for confirmation.
This doesn't make sense to me, I already made a choice and I don't want to repeat it. This makes EASE more annoying to use than it needs to be. After getting this prompt repeated on me a dozen times I just disabled EASE.
I'm not sure if that's a duplicate of #20084. The interstitial is fine, but the prompt shouldn't be repeated.
