Some software versions are getting a bit old, so we should update to a newer toolchain.

2020b would be a good candidate (lots of easyconfigs available), but perhaps 2021a or even 2021b would be better (more recent software versions)

What about the new intel/2022.00 toolchain?
If I understand correctly, the oneAPI license even allows for redistribution of the compilers.
