Unable to Download RDE.pt and Cannot Find RDE Inference Code

Hi, thank you for open-sourcing [PPFlow].

I encountered two issues while trying to run the project:

The RDE.pt file cannot be downloaded successfully.
The provided download link seems unavailable / inaccessible.
Could you please provide an updated download link or alternative source for this checkpoint?
I could not find the inference code for RDE.
I searched through the repository but was unable to locate scripts or examples for running RDE inference.
Could you clarify whether the inference code is included in the repository, or if it will be released separately?

I would appreciate any guidance on how to properly obtain the checkpoint and run RDE inference.

You can directly refer to the RDE-PPI code here:

After preparing the PDB files, you can run inference to obtain the chi angles, and then use software such as Rosetta to set the chi angles accordingly. This part is not the core of our codebase. Most of the setup scripts also follow the conventions used in Chroma and RDE, so they were not uploaded.
