EyeSee broke after using windowed mode

EyeSee full broke after using windowed mode by accident, was using it for months before that without any issues. After it broke I tried deleting everything including the .eyesee files and restarted my computer but nothing seemed to be working. Everytime I launch eyesee it displays one frame and freezes on that one frame.
