I can not find Parameters for Debug::enable();

In the deprecated Code the are 2 Parameters.
https://github.com/symfony/debug/blob/4.4/Debug.php (@deprecated since Symfony 4.4, use Symfony\Component\ErrorHandler\Debug instead.)

So i changed your fix to Debug::enable();

Releases for 3.x and 4.x are created.
