Looks like at least scipy will need to be upgraded (to 1.14.1). I'll leave this open for you to test against. Let me know if you need any help getting this working. |
Poetry 1.8.4 added official support for Python 3.13. Also regenerate `poetry.lock`.

I was just taking another look here and it looks like everything works smoothly now from 3.9 to 3.13. This bumps a few dependencies in the lockfile which seems to sort out the previous issues. |

Update test workflow to test against the newly released Python 3.13. Also update Poetry to 2.1.3 (1.8.4 added official support for Python 3.13).
