Develop plugins for machinery provisioning

Some ideas for the default/official machinery plugins:

• Vagrant
• KVM/libvirt
• VMWare ESXi

Closing this issue, I think it is better if we keep machinery as a core component instead as plugins - given the fact that there may not be a lot of custom implementations needed. We already provide a lot of machinery types.
