feat: enhanced dynamic help command with descriptions (fixes #5)

What this PR does

• Implements an enhanced HelpCommand for MyCMD.
• Dynamically lists all available commands from the registry.
• Shows command names with short descriptions.
• Supports detailed help for a specific command using help <command>.
• Fully automatic: new commands added to the registry will appear in the help output.

How to test

1. Build the project: mvn clean compile
2. Run the app: mvn exec:java -Dexec.mainClass="com.mycmd.App" (or from your IDE)
3. In the MyCMD shell:
   • Type help to see all commands
   • Type help <command> for detailed info on a command
