[FEATURE] Ping Command

Add a new ping command to the MyCMD command-line utility that allows users to test network connectivity to a given hostname or IP address. This command should simulate the standard Windows/Linux ping behavior by sending multiple echo requests and displaying the response time or timeout status for each attempt.
