Updated the README.md for SDA. - Added the discontinued support announcement from the latest release to the top and in the disclaimer. - Changed the Windows Version requirement - Replaced references of .NET Framework to .NET 8. Including the .NET download link. - Removed the "Building on linux" section. Clarification: Mono can no longer be used as the project is using .NET 8. This can be fixed by moving from Windows Forms to .NET 8 MAUI.
