Add LaunchOne website template

Description

Adds the Domain Connect template for LaunchOne managed websites.

When applied with the standard host=www parameter, the template creates one CNAME from www.customer-domain to the fixed Cloudflare for SaaS target customers.launchone.co.uk. It does not change the domain apex, MX records, or other email-related DNS records.

Synchronous requests are signed. The public key is published in split TXT records at _dcpubkeyv1.launchone.co.uk, under the template's syncPubKeyDomain of launchone.co.uk.
