What is this PR about?
Upgraded the breadcrumb navigation bar to support dropdown menus. Now, instead of just displaying the current environment name as static text, it functions as a clickable selector. This allows users to instantly switch between different environments (like Staging or Production) directly from the top bar, eliminating the need to navigate back to the project dashboard.
