Project folders / tags for organizing services #3703

Description

@cucumber-sp

What problem will this feature address?

When managing many projects (10+), the project list becomes hard to navigate. There is no way to group, tag, or organize projects — they appear as a flat list.

For agencies or freelancers managing multiple client projects alongside internal ones, this makes it difficult to quickly find the right project.

Using separate Organizations as a workaround requires reconfiguring everything (registry, servers, etc.) from scratch, which defeats the purpose.

Describe the solution you would like

Option A — Folders/Groups: Allow creating folders (or groups) that contain projects. A simple tree structure: Folder > Project > Services.

Option B — Tags: Allow tagging projects with custom labels (e.g., client, internal, archived) and filtering the project list by tag.

Either approach would make the dashboard much more manageable at scale.

Additional context

This is especially relevant for users who manage both their own infrastructure and client deployments on remote servers — separating these visually would be a big UX improvement.
