Add the ability to mark an organization as "default" or remember last used organization #1991

What problem will this feature address?
When multiple organization are created, after one logs out and then back in again I think Dokploy resorts to show the last created org?! I have 2 orgs, one starts with ai the other with gem. My default or preferred org is ai (which was the one created first) but Dokploy always defaults to gem (which was created later on).
Describe the solution you'd like
My request would be to either introduce a checkbox to mark an organization as default or have Dokploy remember what organization the user used last.
