Interface has entire question marks(?) when different region format set #2
Description
It took me a while to figure out why Cyrillic text wasn’t showing in TWS 2.8 on Windows 10 22H2. Changing the system language or disabling the non-UTF-8 option didn’t help until I set the region format to "Ukrainian (Ukraine)"—now it works! Question marks appear if the primary writing system is not Latin in a language. With other formats (e.g., "English (US)", "Polish (Poland)"), I get question marks instead of Cyrillic.
Is this a known issue? Any advice or a fix would be great! Thanks for the awesome mod!
