Remove hpricot dependency and replace with something else

HPricot is really old and should be replaced with something like Nokogiri

@edwinvdgraaf @hkrutzer Hpricot is used for the url relativizer. This is not something we need/use often. Can we extract the relativizer in a separate module?

Nokogiri does not have the option to revert to "original" html and will always sanitize the HTML. This doesn't work as well.

What does sanitize mean in practice, will it crash? Imo it may raise (especially since we are not 1.0) if the html is not valid.

Should not only happen on releasing tho. :)

Currently the relativizer is something only run during release. My question was: do we need this feature often or is it more of a nuisance? So could it be removed / extracted in to a separate module?

It always runs, and I bet it does unnoticeable catch some errors.
