Is it possible to update the v4 comment to the actual version? Presumably both hashes can't be v4

Both are hashes are v4
1b168cd39490f61582a9beae412bb7057a6b2c4e is v4.31.8 and
16140ae1a102900babc80a33c44059580f687047 is v4.30.9.

I don't know about updating the comment but If you look at the change log it does shows you the diff of what has changed
