Make yaml config transport keys match the key for the extra required to be installed

• EpicsCATransport: ca_ioc -> epicsca
• EpicsPVATransport: pva_ioc -> epicspva
• TangoTransport: dsr -> tango

Same for rest and graphql if they don't already match. Can test they are correct by editing demo/controllers.yaml and running (Temp Controller Sim and then) Temp Controller FastCS
