Mining
Mining is a skill that adds various abilities to make mining a more worthwhile experience. Mining as a skill before felt a bit lack luster, having only the double drop as a viable ability since the explosive perks didn't do much, thus the addition of new abilities in order to spice it up.
Experience is gained through mining blocks and ores that have been naturally generated in the world. Upon a brand new install of McRPG, every block is considered 'natural'. Only after McRPG has been on the server will placing blocks be tracked. Updating an old McRPG jar will not tamper with any old tracking. McRPG will also be able to continue tracking blocks that have been tracked under a prior Mcmmo install. Please note that in the common case of people moving from 1.8+ to 1.13, you should have a clean world since world generation does not play nice with pre 1.13 versions. It is against recommendation to carry over the world between versions.
This ability is usable by everyone regardless of player's level. By default this should cap at the highest level of mining; 1000. At this level, players will have a 50% chance for an ore double drop. This ability only works on blocks specified in the config and on naturally placed blocks. This works both with fortune and by default, silk touch, although silk touch can be disabled in the config from utilizing this ability.
Richer Ores is an ability that increase the activation rate of Double Drop, capping by default at a +30% bonus.

Remote Transfer allows a player to designate an output chest for blocks to automatically be transported to. At the first tier, Remote Transfer works up to a distance of 50 blocks and will only allow the option of transferring stone. At tier four the player unlocks the option to transfer ores as well. The max tier for this ability will allow the user to have a range of 200 blocks from the designated chest.

Its a Triple is an ability that is one of the last to be unlocked for mining. This ability has a chance to make a mined block do three times the drops.

A returning ability from the original plugin that many enjoyed utilizing while grinding for valuable ores. The activation method is the same, simply right click with the pick and then mine. This ability gives a slight bonus to Double Drop chance, and offers a haste bonus (as opposed to the extra efficiency method of Mcmmo). At the initial tier, the ability lasts for 3 seconds and offers a +5% Double Drop chance. At the max tier, the ability lasts for 8 seconds and offers a +20% double drop chance. Using a maxed out Super Breaker, combined with level 1000 mining along with the addition of a maxed out Richer Ores will grant a 100% Double Drop chance throughout the duration of the ability.

This active ability is activated in a bit of a unique way. A player must first right click with a pickaxe, and then during the 5 second ready time, they must right click with a piece of TNT too. This will consume the TNT and break all of the blocks in the surrounding area as if the player had mined them. Upgrading this ability will increase the range from a 4 by 4 by 4 square surrounding the block a player is standing on to an 8 by 8 by 8 block square.

This active ability is activated by right clicking with a pickaxe and then right clicking again. This will scan a 15 by 15 by 15 area around the player (at max tier) and send the player a message containing information as to how many ores there are of each type in that area. If any gold, emerald, or diamonds are found, it will point the player to the first found instance of the rarest ore.
