Remove Factory Interface

The factory interface has now a repo of its own, factory-interface. Dependency injection containers can be, but are not directly related to factories, and therefore do not strictly require them. More importantly, factories do not always imply usage of a dependency injection container.

Remove all reference of FactoryInterface from this repository.
