The following Q&A will help you use the warranty repair service more effectively. Before requesting after-sales services, please run a simple check to save time and cost.
A prompt for PIN is displayed
Please enter the valid SIM card PIN code. If you do not know the PIN code, please contact your network service provider immediately.

PUK code is required
If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, your SIM card will be locked. To unlock, you must enter the PUK code. Please contact your network service provider immediately.

SIM card is required
Ensure that your SIM card is properly installed, and check if the SIM card works normally. If damaged or malfunctioning, please bring it to your network service provider for solution.

Device shows no service
Check the signal strength indicator. If there is no network signal, you may be in a basement or dead zone in a building; move to another area to restore signal. There is also a chance that your location is not covered by the network; you may check with your network service provider to supply network service to the area.

Poor audio quality
When echo or noise occurs during a phone call, please hang up and try again. The network service provider may route your call to a better connection.

No sound for incoming call
If there is no sound when you tap a button, please check if the volume is muted. If the problem persists, please check the ringtone and volume settings.

Decreased standby time
This is due to a weak signal in the area which causes the phone to constantly search for a signal. It may also be because the battery is near the end of its life and should be replaced. Should you prefer not to answer calls, please switch off your phone.

Unable to power on
Check the battery level or charge the battery. You can check whether your phone can be switched on during charging. After staying idle for a long time, the phone may not be able to be switched on because the battery is flat. The phone may not respond during the initial stage of charging, but will be able to switch on once the battery level comes back up.

Unable to send messages
Please check your service center options. You might not have activated the SMS service, the SMS recipient is invalid, or the network provider in your current area does not provide this service.

Unable to charge
There are three possibilities:

  1. The charger cannot function normally. You can contact the nearest authorized service center or dealer.
  2. The environment temperature is inappropriate. You can try charging in another environment.
  3. Poor contact. You can check the charger plug.

Unable to establish Bluetooth connection
Ensure that both parties have their Bluetooth features activated and are set to be visible. Reactivate the Bluetooth devices to be connected, and search again manually when the devices are in searching mode.

Unable to add data to Contacts
There is a limit to the number of contacts you can save on a SIM card, whereas there is no limit when saved on the phone. Please check the Contacts capacity to ensure that the limit for Contacts on the SIM card has not been reached.

Unable to select certain features
The service in question is not activated or is not supported by the network service provider in your area. Please contact a realme designated repair center or dealer or your network service provider.

Outgoing calls will not connect
Please ensure that the phone being called is powered on, and ensure the connection to a correct cellular network, then check if there are any incoming call restrictions.
If you are still having trouble after trying the above, please take down the follows items:

  1. Device model and serial number.
  2. Details of the warranty.
  3. Description of the problem.
Contact a local dealer or realme after-sales service department.
