[BUG] System Error: "Exception Processing Message 0xc0000005 - Unexpected parameters"

I tried to use the clear successful operations feature from the operations more menu and UniGetUI had another system error:

OK quit UniGetUI.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Unknown. Some operations had failed, some had succeeded. Tried to clear the successful ones using the aforementioned option.

The steps to reproduce are currently unknown to me. Only encountered the bug once so far.

I have not been able to reproduce the issue, and I have not received any other report about something similar. It may be a random, one-time crash. I will leave the issue open, and if you experience it again, please let me know

Happened again with same version. Possibly happens when a failed operation exists in the list - unsure. Upgraded to UGUI 3.2.0-beta2 and will see if this bug still occurs.

Martí Climent (@marticliment) Happened with 3.2.0. I'm not sure if this is 100% reproducible, but it looks like these steps trigger it:

1. Have some Scoop (and other?) updates succeed.
2. (Maybe) Also have some Scoop (and other?) updates not succeed.
3. Afterwards, run the Run cleanup and clear cache feature via Scoop settings' page Run button.
4. Confirm the command prompt by pressing Enter.
5. Whilst the command is cleaning up, run UniGetUI's Clean successful operations.
6. Crash error occurs.

May or may not be related to Scoop specifically; may be more to do with the fact a child command prompt is running.

Happened again using 3.3.1.

Whilst downloading specifically Scoop updates in parallel, I pressed Clear successful operations at which point UniGetUI hung with this error message. I did not confirm the popup immediately as to let the child Scoop processes hopefully finish, but perhaps some state has been corrupted for a couple apps.

Unfortunately I don't know what exactly causes this. Only solution for now is not to clear the operations until they have finished to avoid triggering the bug. Doesn't ever appear to happen when operations are not currently running.
