Support the TeX Live package manager in addition to winget, scoop and so on.

Describe how this new feature could help users.

I find myself updating my TeX Live packages manually quite often using tlmgr.
Automating updates with WingetUI would be a blessing.

I wish it can be selected to install from the official buckets or the TUNA mirrors or someting else, otherwise the only way for me is to run away and use typst.
