Skip packages installed by conda when updating packages, or add support for installing and updating conda packages.

Describe how this improvement could help users.

• Some conda packages are updated later than pypi, WingetUI often indicates that many packages need to be updated.
• Anaconda navigator loads slowly and is difficult to use.

If you don't want to update certain packages, you can skip updates for them.

Is there any way to detect packages from conda?

Sorry, I knows little about Python/Conda.
But this might help
Conda is not only a package management system but also an environment management system.
So supporting multiple virtual environments of conda/pip may be a must.
