Copper thickness on PCB not specified

The KiCad PCB setup has 0.035mm (1 oz) but that seems very thin. Although that'd create more resistance and heat, and it's much cheaper to order. Thought it best to check before ordering.

Probably worth specifying this with board thickness in the README.md
