Commented out debug code, re-enabled curl

Improved configure.sh, fixed README command

- Configure: fixed /tmp/ci-quickstart/ appearing in enable prompts
- Configure: variable now gets used to refer to the tmp directory
- Configure: Added extra cleanups
- README: The command shown now actually works

Renamed .gh/README, updated configure, gh workflow

- Apparently ./.github/README.md takes priority over ./README.md, wild!
- Configure now creates the .woodpecker folder,
  and moves the extracted files into it
- Configure now exits out of select after finishing its first run
- The GitHub workflow will now include configure.sh
- Configure now uses a /tmp directory
- Updated .gitignore
