  • Use Yarn to manage JS dependencies
  • Limit the dependencies just to those needed by gulp, let packages
    specify their own dependencies
  • Use libsass via node-sass to compile sass and remove Ruby dependency
  • Use gulp-clean-css instead of gulp-minify-css
  • Update the INSTALL docs
