Update wording on no results page

Peter suggested some wording updates on the "No Results" page of the postcode search. Details can be found on the Asana task, but it goes a little something like this.. 🎵

Peter did request some changes based on page logic, but after finding out the page logic is all over the place we decided not to mess with that for now.

To test:

• Put in a postcode without an upcoming election
• You should see the above message
