On the releases page, look for the latest version. Download the Windows file that matches your device, then open it from your Downloads folder.
- Open the releases page.
- Find the newest release at the top.
- Download the Windows file listed under Assets.
- When the download ends, open the file.
- If Windows asks for permission, choose Run or Yes.
- Follow the on-screen steps until the app opens.
If you use Windows Defender SmartScreen, you may need to choose More info, then Run anyway. This can happen with files that are not signed in the same way as large commercial apps.

This app helps you review and use the recovered source-based build in one place. It is useful when you want:

- A local Windows app you can launch from your computer
- A clean release page instead of hunting through files
- A simple path from download to use
- Open the release page link.
- Pick the newest release.
- Download the Windows asset.
- Save it to a folder you can find, such as Downloads.
- Double-click the file to start setup or launch the app.
- If a setup window appears, follow the prompts.
- If the app opens in a folder, keep the files together and run the main file again when needed.
The first time you open the app, Windows may check the file before it starts. This can take a few seconds.
If the app does not open right away:
- Right-click the file and choose Open
- Check that the file fully downloaded
- Move the file out of a cloud sync folder
- Try running it from a local folder like Downloads or Desktop
- Open the app.
- Wait for the main screen to load.
- Use the built-in options shown on screen.
- Close the app when you are done.
- Reopen it from the same file or shortcut later.
Keep the download in the release page only. Use the latest release asset so you get the intended build. If you save a copy, keep the full folder together so the app can find what it needs.
The release page may include files such as:
.exefor a Windows app.zipfor a compressed package.msifor a Windows installer
If you see a .zip file, extract it first, then open the main app file inside.
- Check that the download is complete
- Try opening the file as an administrator
- Move the file to a local folder
- Make sure Windows did not block it
- Open the file again
- Select More info if needed
- Choose Run anyway if you trust the source
- Reboot your PC
- Download the file again
- Make sure you opened the right asset from the latest release
- Try again later
- Use a wired connection if you can
- Pause other large downloads
