Risk Acceptance - Name is too short for some findings

Bug description
The maximum length of the risk acceptance name is too short.

Steps to reproduce

1. Generate a finding with a name longer than 100 characters (e.g. a finding from gottingenhog https://github.com/newrelic/rusty-hog can be over 100 characters long as the JIRA ID, the JIRA comment and the Date and Time of discovery is added to the name)
2. Add a risk acceptance for this finding.

Expected behavior
You don't need to edit the automatical generated name of the accepted risk as the name for a risk acceptance can be as long as a finding's name.
