No SVTYPE=INV in AGGREGATED SVMODEL #171
Description
Is there any reason why no INV SVTYPE in AGGREGATED and COVERAGE model? All the INV are having BREAKPOINT (either BREAKPOINT or BREAKPOINT1 or BREAKPOINT2) as SVMODEL.
Also, what is the difference between BREAKPOINT and BREAKPOINT1 and BREAKPOINT2?
