When multi-mission XGA converts an old XGA config directory to the new style, maybe make a symlink?

So when the blacklist.csv and census.csv are moved to their new xmm/xmm_census.csv etc. home, it might be nice to make a symlink from there back up to their original paths?

That way if someone is switching back and forth between XGA versions everything will still work (although the converting old config dir. to new function in utils would have to be altered).

Or is it realistically just going to be me this effects?
