DAXA (and possibly the 'regions' module?) cannot handle outputs from CIAO cell detect, because they are in XY rather than pixel coords..

This is in the source_regions setter - don't know if I'm going to be able to make the regions module actually convert the regions properly either. It doesn't like the XY wcs
