  • This releases changes the handling of SELinux contexts, unless explicitly configured to use the previous behaviour. Previously, chcon was used to copy the context from an appropriate file/directory. Henceforth, restorecon is used. Hence, your system labelling policy is applied, rather than any on-disk deviations. To revert to the previous behaviour, edit the value SELINUX_MODE in the configuration section.
