Adds comprehensive CLAUDE.md file to guide Claude Code when working with the recce-ui codebase. Documentation includes: - Project overview and wrapper architecture - Git development practices (branch naming, DCO, semantic commits) - Submodule management workflow - Build system architecture (tsdown, CSS bundling) - Development commands and common workflows - Type checking modes and troubleshooting guide Based on recce-cloud-infra/CLAUDE.md structure and semantics.
