Ability to add environment variables to the fluentbit logging container

Hello,

Great work on the module!

Would it be possible to add a new var allowing environment variables to be set in the fluenbit/log-router container?

We have a need to configure proxy-related environment variables like (HTTP_PROXY, no_proxy etc.) for both the datadog and log-router containers. I am able to configure the datadog contianer with dd_environment but not the log router.
