Motivation
Prototype browser onboarding telemetry without requiring RUM.
Changes
Emit six bounded lifecycle events using
type: "sdk_diagnostic"as the schema discriminator. Success and failure share this schema;diagnostic.event_typeanderror_codedistinguish them. Telemetry remains independent ofdebugMode, which controls console logging only. Preserve once-per-transition emission and identity/environment validation. Updated harness and documentation. 309 browser unit tests, typecheck, and 8 Chromium smoke tests pass after the rename, including failed uploads with debugMode off/on. Live staging delivery remains unverified.
