* Add a dashboard for OpenMetricsV2 implementation of Vault integration

* Make new dashboard's title more explicit

* Keep old short name for existing legacy dashboard

This will avoid existing users of the integration and the default
dashboard from being switched to the new dashboard which would make no
sense to them.
