The large-integer fixture expects
9007199254740993, which Android's current public integer flag evaluation API cannot represent because it uses Int32.Add Android to the fixture's
_skipmetadata until the API supports Long. Preserve the existing web exclusion and expected evaluation/event results, and correct the description that previously implied Android could evaluate this value. This keeps platform exclusions in shared fixture metadata instead of adding SDK-specific workarounds to the test runner.Validation:
