chore: use guess-next-dev instead of release-branch-semver [3.4] (#13038

)

This PR updates the `version_schema` in the `../pyproject.toml` file for
the 3.4 release branch from `release-branch-semver` to `guess-next-dev`.
This is to ensure that system tests work as intended with backports to
this release branch.

IMPORTANT: This PR needs to be merged before the first backport is
created for 3.4.Otherwise, system tests will not work as expected.

chore(llmobs): handle error from getting agent info [backport 3.4] (#…

…13089)

Backport 9e21081 from #13049 to 3.4.

Handles an error when trying to get agent info. This should be included
with the initial change to check agent info to determine if LLM
Observability should run agentless or agent-proxy.

Direct fix for #12911, which
hasn't landed yet, hence making this a `chore`. The original release
note for the above PR should suffice for the release.

fix(uwsgi): add to ssi denylist [backport 3.3] (#12942)

Backport 327a1e6 from #12891 to 3.3.

According to our
[docs](https://docs.datadoghq.com/tracing/trace_collection/library_injection_local/?tab=kubernetes#requirements)
SSI does not support UWSGI.

To make SSI+ddtrace-py more resilient we should add `/usr/bin/uwsgi` to
the denylist. This is not a perfect solution since the uwsgi command can
be stored elsewhere on a host and this could make it more challenging to
add uwsgi support in the future (SSI will fail and it will be hard to
know this change is why).

chore(iast): improve ast patching allowlist [backport 2.21] (#13043)

Backport #13021 to 2.21

This PR improves the AST patching allowlist mechanism to better handle
third-party modules. The changes include:

- Enhanced allowlist logic in iastpatch.c for third-party module
detection
- Improved string comparison in AST patching to properly handle module
paths

These changes make the IAST module patching more reliable and
maintainable, while ensuring proper handling of third-party modules like
psycopg2.

chore: auto opt in all PRs to backport to 2.21 (#12967)

Quick GitHub workflow to always label PRs with `backport 2.21` so
backporting to the 2.21 branch is an opt OUT, not an opt IN. This should
help prevent critical backports from being missed in the 2.21 branch.

It will only skip PRs that are already backports, but by depending on
the PR title.

Tested with this PR.

fix(llmobs): send batches of span events [backport 3.3] (#12980)

Backport 76d06b6 from #12890 to 3.3.

Update spans to be sent as a batch of events. Each event contains one
span, allowing us to send spans up to 1MB (the event size limit). This
was a limit we assumed previously, but we were actually under a 1MB
limit _per payload/batch of spans_ limit since the payload we sent to
EVP intake was being treated as a single event.

For script
```
for i in range(200):
    with LLMObs.agent(
        "hi"
    ):
        LLMObs.annotate(
            input_data = "b" * 900_000,
            tags = {
                "test_run": "after_fix"
            }
        )
        pass
```
