What Does This Do

gitlab/default-pipeline regroups all gitlab jobs and has been added as a required check for master, project/* and release/ in rulesets. (See LANGPLAT-589)

Also these job names don't exist anymore since #8945 (i.e. there are split by 4), as such they are not used
