Adds a new RGB sdk client that utilizes our new background service as the provider for the sdk. Main advantage being this new API is fully thread-safe, meaning you can update any number of devices concurrently.
The background service part of this may or may not require more changes, we'll discuss this internally at Wooting and I'll either mark this as ready for review, or close it when the time comes. I am making this PR mostly so I don't lose track of work :)
