getting started

• clone repo in Visual Studio
• make sure to clone the sub-module
• build the oqtane.sln in debug mode
• open the TrunkMonkey.sln in Visual Studio
• set run Oqtane.Server as the startup project
• run Oqtane.Server
• create a new localdb database
• exit the apps
• run the SQL comnpare to create any missing tables
• run the Oqtane.Server again
• create a new page for Contacts
• add the Contacts module to the page
• add a new contact
• dance like a monkey
