Roll the CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section into [0.14.0] – 2026-06-14 and bump package.json to 0.14.0. This batch is the UX/UI/accessibility polish pass: user-facing error messages, in-flight button feedback, signed-in nav state, wordmark-home link, search clear/count, plugin-card guide links, leaderboard data freshness, and a11y fixes (html lang, page <h1>, <main> landmark + skip link, external-link rel).
