updated toml and readme to match the current code
Shortened Added comments set api key for each guild instead of bot runner dealing with it set admin role instead of hard coding to look for "botty" role name more
add cross server leaderboard option which displays the top 10 tickers being saved (only counts each ticker in a guild once, so having 3 HNT tickers in separate channels, or one in VC or something still only gets saved as 1).
