can you add a like system for message in chat who is shared to give heart

This could be useful, when you make it also add a shadow mod so people can like or dislike a comment what staff can see but the end users can't see it after they added it so staff can engaged on what users are disliking. maybe a auto hide/delete option if it gets a ration of negative likes.
